Senior Account Executive

About the role

Join Unifonic, an AI-native customer experience platform, as a Senior Account Executive. You will remotely develop new business and achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with strategic clients across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the customer base, reporting relevant data and insights.
• Create compelling sales pitches and manage leads in the CRM system.
• Identify key decision‑makers, schedule meetings, and drive the sales process.
• Meet quarterly sales targets and regularly cross‑sell and up‑sell to existing clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, renew contracts, and keep accurate client records.
• Resolve customer issues, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and close qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B experience in IT or Telecom sales.
• Proven territory development, lead generation, and qualification skills.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and ability to engage high‑level decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini for prospecting and personalization.
• Experience using CRM and sales pipeline management platforms.
• Solution selling, needs analysis, and contract renewal expertise.
