Senior Account Manager

About the role

Kaizen365 Technology, a Jordanian IT services provider, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive new business acquisition and nurture existing client relationships. The role focuses on expanding the customer base through proactive outreach and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and sell products and services to new customers, including daily cold‑calling.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential new offerings.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the IT field within Jordan.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a proven sales track record.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and pipeline management.
