Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Digital Gates, a technology company offering digital solutions for businesses worldwide, is looking for a Senior AI Engineer. The role turns AI capabilities into practical solutions that solve real-world problems, working across the full AI/ML lifecycle: from exploring ideas and building solutions to deploying, evaluating and improving them in production.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, agent-based systems and machine learning models.
• Lead the full AI lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment and optimization of secure, scalable AI services.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning, deep learning and AI development.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles.
• Experience with databases and data processing tools.
• Knowledge of model training, evaluation and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
