Senior Audit & Assurance – External Audit (JRC) – KSA Market

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior professional in Audit & Assurance to support the Jordanian Resources Center (JRC) serving the KSA market. The role involves delivering high‑quality external audit services, building trust with stakeholders, and collaborating with on‑shore and off‑shore teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust with stakeholders by understanding service expectations and delivering high‑quality audit services.
• Adapt audit templates, define scope, and liaise with Centres of Excellence for task delivery.
• Track deliverables from component auditors, link risks, controls, and findings, and ensure timely documentation.
• Prepare audit documentation, anticipate reviewer questions, and distinguish accounting from auditing judgments.
• Develop relationships beyond finance to apply professional scepticism and understand the client’s business.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or related field; graduate degree desired.
• 4+ years of public auditing experience, preferably with a Big Audit Firm.
• Experience supervising staff, inspecting financial records, and preparing detailed audit reports.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English preferred.
