Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer & Cloud DevOps Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Infrastructure leader to drive our enterprise technology transformation. The role focuses on Microsoft Azure cloud services, enterprise networking, and hybrid infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, resilience and security across a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Azure IaaS/PaaS environments and lead cloud migration initiatives.
• Enforce Azure governance, optimize performance and ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless, routing and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory/Azure AD, virtualization, backup solutions and incident resolution.
• Implement Azure security controls such as IAM, MFA, PIM and Defender for Cloud.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and automation with PowerShell.
• Containerize workloads using Kubernetes/AKS.
• Lead transformation projects, mentor teams, manage vendors and contribute to IT strategy and budgeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• 3–6+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Proven expertise in hybrid cloud, enterprise infrastructure and network security.
• Prior leadership or managerial experience strongly preferred.
