Senior Bilingual Copywriter

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency operating across the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Senior Bilingual Copywriter (Arabic & English). The role is focused on turning strategic briefs into compelling concepts, campaigns and storytelling that resonate across cultures and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand and marketing strategies.
• Write and refine high‑quality copy for digital platforms, social media, advertising, and marketing collateral.
• Lead verbal storytelling across pitches, RFPs and client projects.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists and creative leadership to ensure strategic and cultural relevance.
• Mentor junior copywriters, providing feedback and guidance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, cultural insights and emerging digital content formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of copywriting experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies.
• Strong conceptual background with proven campaign ideation experience.
• Exceptional storytelling ability in both Arabic and English.
• Portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, big ideas and creative concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related field is a plus.
