About the role

Chain Reaction is an award‑winning digital marketing agency operating across the GCC and Levant. We are seeking a Senior Bilingual Copywriter (Arabic & English) with 8+ years of agency experience who can turn strategy into powerful ideas, campaigns and compelling storytelling. The role focuses on concept‑driven creative thinking rather than translation, leading verbal direction from brainstorming to final execution across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand and marketing strategies.
• Write and refine high‑quality copy across campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Lead verbal storytelling across pitches, RFPs, and client campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and creative leadership.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior copywriters through constructive feedback and creative direction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, cultural insights, and emerging digital content formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a copywriter within advertising or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven experience working in agency environments throughout career progression.
• Strong conceptual copywriting background with demonstrated campaign ideation experience.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, big ideas, and creative concepts.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
