Senior Civil & Road Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Civil & Road Engineer to join Egis’ Infrastructure Team. The role involves delivering complex civil and road projects while maintaining high quality standards and supporting sustainable development in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of civil and road works, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation under the guidance of the associate and project lead.
• Collaborate with project teams—including associates, leads and technicians—to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends, advancements and best practices, integrating them into project work.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil and road design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward professional development.
