Senior Compliance Associate – Product Compliance (Dutch)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Senior Compliance Associate to ensure product listings meet regulatory standards. You will work with Dutch‑language products, applying Standard Operating Procedures and using Amazon‑specific tools to classify items for marketplace availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review product information against SOPs and relevant regulatory documentation.
• Classify products to confirm compliance for Amazon listings.
• Collaborate daily with managers and Process Experts, escalating deviations when needed.
• Maintain detailed task records and generate standardized reports to meet Quality, Productivity and SLA targets.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities, including automating reports with Excel queries.
• Provide feedback on SOPs and participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Mentor peers by answering queries and delivering process‑level training.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Problem‑solving mindset with logical, creative and design‑thinking approaches.
• Commitment to thorough investigation and fact‑finding.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, pivot tables, data validation, Excel queries).
• Basic SQL knowledge for self‑service queries.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
