Senior Compliance Coordinator

About the role

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation is looking for a Senior Compliance Coordinator to join its Compliance and Internal Controls Unit. In this senior position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Foundation’s compliance framework and governance standards are effectively implemented and monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the Foundation’s compliance and governance framework.
• Assist with donor due‑diligence and vetting processes, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate compliance reviews and internal‑control follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on policies, procedures, recommendations and pending actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, GRCP, CFE or other risk‑management certifications are an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in compliance, internal controls, audit, risk management or legal/compliance operations.
