Senior Construction Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead architectural construction projects in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with design specifications, timelines, and sustainability goals while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
• Guide multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Implement sustainable design practices to reduce environmental impact.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to monitor progress and control schedules.
• Enforce site safety standards in line with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee site workmanship to ensure quality and design compliance.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and enforce cost‑control measures.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years experience in architectural construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Fluent Arabic with strong English proficiency.
• Proven leadership in large enterprises, architectural firms, or construction companies.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project demands.
