Senior Consultant/Manager - Cyber Defense & Technology Resilience

About the role

Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant/Manager for its Cyber Defense and Technology Resilience practice, covering Jordan, Lebanon and Kuwait. You will define and assess clients' Minimum Viable Company (MVC) and lead technology impact analyses, resilience risk assessments and recovery capability designs, working with cyber, cloud, infrastructure and risk teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' Minimum Viable Company (MVC) and lead Technology Impact Analyses mapping business services, applications, infrastructure and third-party providers.
• Evaluate data centers, cloud environments, network architecture and applications for resilience and recoverability, and design solutions such as immutable backups, data vaulting, tiered recovery, cloud-native resilience and chaos engineering.
• Conduct resilience risk assessments and posture assessments using Deloitte's frameworks, benchmarking against ISO 22301, DORA, NIST and NIS2.
• Translate resilience needs into RTOs, RPOs and testing protocols, and build resilience roadmaps.
• Run scenario-based simulations and tabletop exercises, and support regulatory expectations for financial services, energy and other critical sectors.
• Help shape Deloitte's resilience offerings, methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of total experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Technology Impact Analysis and disaster recovery drills, and hands-on runbook maintenance.
• Experience supporting resilience strategies, roadmaps or implementation plans for enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations in financial services, energy or government, and familiarity with business continuity or operational resilience frameworks.
• Experience with tabletop exercises, technical simulations or chaos engineering.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CBCI, AWS/Azure cloud certs, or DORA/operational resilience credentials.

Required skills

• Recovery architecture, IT continuity, backup strategies and failover design.
• Cloud resilience architectures (multi-AZ/multi-region failover, backup and restore in AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Resilience posture assessments and cyber-resilience topics such as ransomware preparedness and zero-trust recovery.
