Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud Automation

About the role

INGOT is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and automation of its cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. You will work across IT Operations, Application Delivery, Development, and Data Warehousing to ensure a seamless, secure, and cost‑effective DevOps environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitOps with ArgoCD for automated Kubernetes deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Manage and optimize AWS services (VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, RDS, MSK, ElastiCache, Route53) focusing on security and cost.
• Deploy and operate Amazon EKS workloads using Helm, Kustomize, and Karpenter, ensuring reliable autoscaling.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Graylog, and OpsGenie.
• Support database platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift) with high‑availability and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Enforce edge and application security via Cloudflare and manage secrets and IAM governance.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and participate in on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve automation and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps, cloud engineering, or related experience.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining production‑grade AWS environments.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and define technical standards.
