Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Avertra is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern, scalable, and highly available infrastructure for its global client base. You will work on automating complex decision‑making processes across industries such as utilities, financial services, logistics, and commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, ship, and maintain distributed systems.
• Create monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications.
• Improve reliability of systems and CI/CD pipelines for internal teams and customers.
• Automate infrastructure using code and manage multi‑region, multi‑cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong practical troubleshooting skills and deep systems knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms and provisioning tools.
• Ability to work effectively with developers, system administrators, and QA teams.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation capabilities.
• Experience in vendor management and multi‑cloud strategy.
