Senior Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

King Hussein Cancer Foundation is looking for a senior leader to drive its enterprise‑wide digital transformation and to build a high‑performing Project Management Office. The role will shape strategy, oversee large‑scale programmes and ensure the adoption of best‑in‑class project‑management practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Foundation’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish, mature and govern a central PMO, introducing standards, tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary programmes, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality are met.
• Promote and embed PMI/PMBOK, Agile and Scrum methodologies throughout project teams.
• Automate and optimise core business processes to improve efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers and Scrum teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in complex project/program management, with a proven track record in senior transformation or PMO roles.
• Demonstrated success in establishing or maturing a PMO and delivering enterprise digital initiatives.
• PMP® certification is mandatory; additional certifications such as PMI‑ACP®, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, PgMP® or PfMP® are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK methodology.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Expertise in digital transformation strategy and enterprise‑wide programme delivery.
