Senior Executive Performance

About the role

The Senior Executive Performance will lead the execution, optimisation and strategic oversight of Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic campaigns for MENA‑region clients. This senior role blends hands‑on campaign management with performance accountability, ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic platforms.
• Proactively drive performance by troubleshooting issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring accurate implementation, tracking and reporting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain high campaign quality and adhere to internal processes.
• Collaborate with planning teams to align execution with broader client strategies and business goals.
• Contribute to performance reporting, analysis and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in a performance‑focused role within an agency environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, LinkedIn and DV360.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tracking tools such as Campaign Manager and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, DV360) preferred.
