Senior Executive Performance

About the role

The Senior Executive Performance is responsible for leading the execution, optimization, and strategic oversight of Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic campaigns for MENA‑region clients. This senior role combines hands‑on campaign leadership with performance accountability, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed client objectives while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms.
• Drive performance by proactively optimizing campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring accurate campaign implementation, tracking, and reporting.
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices; share insights with the team.
• Ensure high campaign quality through regular audits and adherence to internal processes.
• Collaborate with planning teams to align campaign execution with broader client strategies and business goals.
• Contribute to performance reporting, analysis, and actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior performance‑focused role within an agency environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and DV360.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; English required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Campaign Manager, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, DV360) preferred.
