Senior Expeditor

About the role

The Senior Expeditor oversees the expediting process for EPC projects, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and services arrive on time and meet project specifications. This position works closely with procurement, logistics, and project teams to prevent delays and keep the project schedule on track.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor purchase orders and vendor deliverables to guarantee timely receipt of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project management to resolve any delivery issues.
• Track expediting activities, update delivery schedules, and report vendor performance.
• Communicate with suppliers to address delays and implement corrective actions.
• Review material requisitions, purchase orders, and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with construction and engineering teams to confirm technical specifications and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on material status and expediting performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in expediting, logistics, or supply chain within EPC or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and project delivery requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to track multiple deliveries simultaneously.
