Senior Finalizer

About the role

BoldPro, a leading creative marketing agency in Amman, is seeking a Senior Finalizer to join its production team. The successful candidate will be the final gatekeeper of quality, ensuring every creative asset is technically perfect and ready for print, digital or broadcast delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize artwork files for print, large‑format OOH, digital and broadcast production.
• Perform comprehensive pre‑press and preflight checks to meet supplier specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, print houses and production partners to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Support designers by handling technical file preparation and production handoffs.
• Manage color workflows (CMYK, RGB, Pantone) across all media types.
• Maintain organized, version‑controlled asset libraries and production archives.
• Identify and resolve technical issues before final delivery to clients or vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finalization, pre‑press or production within a creative agency.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of print specifications, color management and file formats for multiple media.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑format printing and OOH production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workloads under tight deadlines.
