Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Petra Ride is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to turn complex financial data into clear insights that drive business decisions. You will partner with multiple departments, support budgeting and forecasting, and help shape the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and long‑term financial planning, building and maintaining forecasts aligned with growth plans.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, strategic initiatives, and new opportunities.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, dashboards, and KPI visualisations for leadership.
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key drivers; translate trends into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, metrics, and variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and able to manage competing priorities across departments.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.
