Senior Frontend Developer

About the role

First Tech is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to design and deliver scalable web and mobile experiences. You will work with cutting‑edge AI‑assisted development tools to build high‑quality products that simplify complex processes for financial services and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement maintainable front‑end architecture for web and mobile applications.
• Develop features using React.js, React Native, and TypeScript, leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery.
• Review, test, and debug AI‑generated code to ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, payment gateways, and native mobile capabilities.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and user experience across platforms.
• Write automated tests, manage releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play, and maintain high reliability standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and best practices, and mentor teammates on AI‑driven development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience building production applications with React.js, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience in an AI‑assisted development environment using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Proven ability to review, validate, and optimize AI‑generated code.
• Experience designing scalable front‑end architectures and reusable component libraries.
