Senior HR Officer – Lead

About the role

The Senior HR Officer – Lead will be the primary HR contact for our Jordan operation, reporting to the Regional HR Manager in Kuwait. You will own the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting the business with strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, ensure compliance with Jordan income tax and Social Security filings.
• Administer the employee lifecycle on MenaITech HRMS, maintaining accurate records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Handle leave, attendance, medical insurance, benefits administration and issue HR letters, work permits and residency support.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring policies align with Jordan Labour Law.
• Provide regular HR reports, headcount analytics and payroll summaries to the Regional HR Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience covering the full HR cycle, preferably in IT or a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Jordan income tax, Social Security regulations and Labour Law.
• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience for technical and corporate roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
