Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and deliver people solutions that align with operational and organisational objectives. The role will focus on workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations, performance management, talent development and HR transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategic HR solutions.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design and manpower management.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Drive performance management, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance and labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in the Power, Energy or Solar industry.
• Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, organisational development and performance management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP HR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems.
