Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join its Developer Experience (DevX) team. You will bridge development, testing and operations, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the company’s communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve CI/CD pipelines (DroneCI, Argo CD).
• Configure products and integration interfaces, maps, web services and transport protocols.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues affecting integration and infrastructure operations.
• Maintain 24x7 high availability of messaging, voice and e‑mail gateways.
• Write and deploy automation scripts across environments (Python).
• Manage server configurations, monitoring jobs and documentation in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Collaborate daily with offshore teams and partner networks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a Professional Services or Enterprise DevOps role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related IT field.
• Proven ability to work closely with offshore teams on a daily basis.
