Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Egis is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with extensive experience to lead interior design projects across commercial, corporate, hospitality and mixed‑use developments. Reporting to the Head of Department, the role involves managing day‑to‑day project execution, coordinating design teams and ensuring delivery within budget and approved design proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of interior design projects in line with the authorized budget and design approvals.
• Develop interior concepts from initial mood boards and material samples to detailed construction documentation.
• Prepare FF&E schedules, space allocation programs and construction details.
• Coordinate integration of structural, MEP and other consultant services.
• Supervise interior designers and detailers, ensuring compliance with client briefs and quality standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Omrania interior design team, client project managers, consultants and contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of interior design experience, including at least 4 years in a senior role.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to produce innovative interior concepts.
• Proven experience supervising design teams and managing large‑scale projects.
• Ability to obtain HOD approval before committing the firm beyond the agreed scope.
