Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Egis Group is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects across commercial, corporate, hospitality and mixed‑use developments. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will manage day‑to‑day project execution, coordinate design teams and ensure compliance with budgets and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts from schematic design through construction documentation, including mood boards, material samples and FF&E schedules.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other discipline consultants to integrate design solutions.
• Lead and supervise interior designers and detailers, ensuring design intent and project schedules are met.
• Manage project budgets, design approvals and QA procedures in line with client and firm requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum 10 years of interior design experience, including at least 4 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience delivering projects in the GCC region.
• Strong communication, client‑facing and team‑leadership abilities.
