Senior IT Business Analysis Services Specialist

About the role

The Senior IT Business Analysis Services Specialist will work within Azadea's Business Services team to analyse business processes, capture requirements and translate them into robust IT solutions that improve efficiency and productivity across the retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and structure data, files and logical operations to optimise system performance and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing of new systems to ensure functionality, reliability and performance.
• Deliver training sessions for end‑users and facilitate smooth adoption of new applications.
• Act as a liaison between developers and business users, translating technical concepts into user‑friendly language.
• Collaborate with the business development team to assess project feasibility and prepare detailed technical analyses.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions based on technical and business criteria.
• Analyse business processes, document requirements and prioritise needs in line with organisational goals.
• Support project managers and cross‑functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose technological enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
• Proven experience in business analysis or a related IT role.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
