Senior Landscape Architect – Amman

About the role

InSite, the urban design and landscape architecture division of KEO International Consultants, is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join its Amman studio. You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the Gulf region, shaping public spaces that respond to local ecologies, cultures, and community needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the aesthetic and technical development of assigned landscape projects.
• Prepare technical scopes, resource allocations, and financial fees for new opportunities.
• Manage projects through all design phases, coordinating internal disciplines and external sub‑consultants.
• Produce technical and financial proposals and monitor staffing levels.
• Mentor junior staff, conduct performance appraisals, and foster team development.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional registration, licensure or chartership with an internationally recognised body.
• Deep understanding of regional construction methods, codes, health & safety, and sustainability regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
