Senior Manager Business Operations

About the role

The Business Operations Manager leads centralized functions within Professional Field Services, driving strategic development, financial oversight, and alignment with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dispatch of Field Engineers and monitor their performance, collaborating with regional managers.
• Own processes for spares management, asset tracking, and recycling activities.
• Support GEO‑Presales teams by defining standard Field Service offerings.
• Forecast demand, manage capacity, and ensure health & safety compliance for engineers.
• Lead cultural and operational transformation initiatives aligned with SITA objectives.
• Drive product standardization, integrate new technologies, and implement operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain capacity and demand models, oversee transformation budgets, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Provide financial counsel, automate management reporting, and track KPIs for productivity and customer success.
• Build cross‑functional relationships, support bid processes, and develop training programs for central teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (required).
• 8‑10+ years of experience in operations management, transformation leadership or strategic planning.
• Proven track record of leading cultural and operational transformations in global organizations.
• Strong expertise in financial management, process standardization and resource optimization.
