Senior Manager, FP&A (Shared Services Center)

About the role

The Senior Manager, FP&A will lead the core financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes for the Shared Services Center. You will partner with multiple business functions to deliver strategic financial insights that drive executive decision‑making and support the organization’s long‑term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all departments.
• Analyze budget variances, provide actionable recommendations, and support the development of long‑term strategic business plans.
• Prepare regional segmental P&L statements for both standalone and consolidated reporting, including constant‑currency adjustments.
• Monitor Gross‑to‑Net sales, promotional tools, and other key financial metrics.
• Lead financial analysis initiatives to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate scenario impacts and support decision‑making.
• Generate regular financial reports and dashboards, ensuring timely distribution and data accuracy.
• Standardize accounting treatments across local finance teams and support finance activities at site level.
• Collaborate with HR, R&D, Operations and Commercial teams to align financial outcomes with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum BA degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CMA certification preferred.
• At least 9 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
