Senior MLOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to design, automate, and scale end‑to‑end machine‑learning workflows. You will collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to turn AI opportunities into reliable production solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated ML training pipelines and data annotation flows.
• Create and maintain data pipelines that generate high‑quality datasets.
• Monitor model performance, detect data drift, and manage versioning and deployment.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying models, ensuring robust versioning, rollback, and A/B testing.
• Set up monitoring and automated alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) for data pipelines, training jobs, and model health.
• Promote MLOps best practices such as Infrastructure as Code, reproducibility, and security.
• Research and integrate cutting‑edge technologies like distributed training, HPC, and multi‑GPU strategies.
• Explore future MLOps frameworks and GPU‑based cloud solutions for scalability.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MLOps or machine‑learning engineering, focusing on large‑scale deep‑learning deployments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
• ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Distributed training, multi‑GPU strategies, and hardware optimization.
• Infrastructure as Code concepts.
