Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise‑scale Oracle Cloud Financials solutions. You will work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).
• Conduct business requirement workshops and produce Functional Design Documents.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing, cut‑over planning, go‑live activities and post‑production hypercare.
• Provide functional support during financial closing cycles and drive system optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical and business teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least 5 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Proven delivery of three full‑cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Oracle Cloud Financials certification is highly preferred.
