Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Growth Lead

About the role

Al Jazeera 360 is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end paid growth for its Arabic streaming platform. You will manage a multi‑million‑dollar media budget across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok and CTV, turning spend into measurable viewers, registrations and retention while building the data infrastructure that holds every dollar accountable.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑funnel paid strategy and allocate budget across all channels.
• Set and achieve monthly targets for unique viewers, video views and user registrations.
• Lead the measurement build, including MMP integration (AppsFlyer/Adjust), registration‑identity bridging, server‑side tracking and conversion APIs.
• Reallocate spend toward efficiency using geo‑holdout tests and prove incrementality.
• Scale beyond a single channel by expanding TikTok, YouTube and CTV efforts and planning around tentpole events such as Ramadan and the FIFA World Cup.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in streaming/OTT, media or high‑growth app/subscription products.
• Hands‑on mastery of Meta and Google Ads at scale, with strong experience in TikTok, YouTube and CTV advertising.
• Deep expertise in measurement, attribution, server‑side tracking and incrementality testing.
• Ability to translate data insights into strategic decisions and manage a P&L‑style budget.
• Understanding of Arabic‑speaking audiences; bilingual Arabic/English is a plus.
