Senior Power Platform Developer

About the role

As a Senior Power Platform Developer at Aspire, you will design, develop, and enhance enterprise‑grade low‑code solutions that drive critical business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and data‑driven applications using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Canvas and Model‑Driven PowerApps, including AI‑enhanced features.
• Develop and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Write advanced Power Fx formulas to implement complex business logic.
• Create, monitor, and optimize automated workflows with Power Automate, integrating Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and external APIs.
• Design data models, develop Power BI reports and dashboards, manage datasets, workspaces, and Row‑Level Security.
• Implement ALM practices, manage solution versioning, and oversee deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Apply enterprise governance, security, licensing, and compliance frameworks, identifying risks and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise‑scale low‑code solutions and manage complex integrations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
