Senior Presales Engineer – Networking & Security

About the role

The Senior Presales Engineer – Networking & Security designs and positions enterprise networking and security solutions for customers across the region. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will support the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to solution design and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑level and low‑level designs, technical proposals, BOQs, and respond to RFP/RFI documents.
• Design LAN/WAN, enterprise wireless, SD‑WAN, and network security architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct workshops, technical presentations, demos, and lead proof‑of‑concepts and solution assessments.
• Collaborate with sales, security, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful handover.
• Maintain technical documentation, ensure compliance with security standards, and recommend improvements for scalability and availability.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead internal knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Strong ability to act as a subject‑matter expert and communicate complex architectures to customers.
• Track record of leading PoCs, technical validations, and supporting strategic opportunities.
• Experience mentoring technical staff and contributing to capability development.
