Senior Product Analyst - Analytics & Insights

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to embed data-driven decision‑making into the product organization. You will work closely with product managers and leadership to turn raw product data into actionable insights that shape feature development and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Transform product data into decisions by identifying why events happen and recommending actions.
• Partner with product managers to define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement plans before launches.
• Analyse customer journeys, funnels, cohorts, adoption, engagement, retention, churn and behavioural patterns to surface friction points.
• Evaluate feature performance and provide evidence‑based recommendations on improvement, scaling, repositioning or retirement.
• Use quantitative evidence together with market and product context to guide discovery and prioritize opportunities.
• Communicate insights at both the feature level and the leadership level, linking granular signals to the broader product portfolio.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product analytics or a similar data‑focused role.
• Comfortable moving between writing SQL queries, discussing findings with product managers, and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
