Senior Product Designer - Agentic AI Solutions

About the role

Lucidya is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its Agentic AI platform. You will help enterprise customers trust and adopt AI that not only recommends actions but also executes them autonomously.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end experiences for Agentic AI initiatives, clarifying what the AI does, why, and when users should intervene.
• Translate complex autonomy, confidence, transparency and control challenges into intuitive workflows.
• Elevate the overall quality of the platform through refined information architecture, visual design and consistency.
• Create onboarding and educational experiences that accelerate AI adoption.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and research teams to ensure design decisions align with technical feasibility.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience designing enterprise‑grade software, preferably with AI or data‑intensive products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex systems and build trustworthy user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to advocate for design across cross‑functional teams.
