Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

About the role

Equiti is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Amman office and help shape intuitive, high‑impact trading platforms for a global fintech audience. You will work closely with product managers, developers and researchers to create user‑centred experiences that simplify complex financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define problems and co‑create engaging platform experiences.
• Translate complex user workflows into intuitive wireframes, mock‑ups, prototypes and user flows for mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Design and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and stakeholder interviews to validate concepts.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
• Advocate UX best practices and accessibility across all product initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and align design deliverables with development timelines.
• Own UX design for Cash Equities and User Incentives, delivering cohesive experiences.

Required profile

• 6+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably in fintech or high‑complexity digital platforms.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to hierarchy, typography and brand alignment.
• Data‑informed mindset using research and analytics to guide decisions.
• Effective communicator able to defend design rationale.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
