Senior Program Coordinator – Education Program

About the role

The Senior Program Coordinator will lead the coordination and operational management of the Early Grade Education Activity (ASAS) in Jordan. Based in Amman, this full‑time position supports Development Gateway’s work within the IREX‑led consortium, ensuring smooth delivery of education program components from 2023 to 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point for all ASAS activities across the consortium.
• Manage information‑system workflows, data collection, and interoperability between partners.
• Support governance structures and produce analytics to inform program decisions.
• Liaise with universities, consortium members, and Jordanian government stakeholders to align objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational logistics, documentation, and progress monitoring.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and solutions‑oriented professional.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced education or development environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in program or project coordination within the education sector is preferred.
