Senior React & React Native Developer

About the role

Bytech is seeking a highly skilled Senior React & React Native Developer to join its Amman office. You will be responsible for building and maintaining professional web and mobile applications, taking full ownership of features from development through production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js and mobile apps with React Native.
• Own assigned features end‑to‑end, including architecture decisions, code reviews, and production deployment.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Handle mobile builds, releases, and publishing to Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Work on diverse projects such as E‑Learning platforms, LMS, SaaS, ERP, and project‑management systems.
• Optimize UI for responsiveness, RTL/LTR layouts, and multilingual support (Arabic/English).

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong production experience with React.js and React Native (iOS & Android).
• Proficiency in Next.js, JavaScript ES6+, and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, state‑management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API), and mobile navigation, permissions, push notifications, and local storage.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Android Studio, Xcode, Git, and GitHub.
• Experience building large‑scale, multi‑module applications and debugging complex issues.
• Preferable background in E‑Learning, LMS, or EdTech platforms, including familiarity with SCORM, H5P, or Moodle.
