Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer specialized in .NET to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure healthcare applications such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS). You will work with modern .NET technologies, apply Onion and Clean Architecture principles, and mentor junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API, and C#.
• Build scalable solutions with Clean Architecture, Onion Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and Vertical Slice Architecture.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs, integrate third‑party systems, and implement asynchronous programming, multithreading, and high‑performance coding practices.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and database operations; ensure reliability and maintainability of backend services.
• Collaborate with frontend teams using React or Angular (TypeScript) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Write clean, well‑documented code following SOLID principles and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability with tools such as OpenTelemetry.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with healthcare software standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, enterprise‑level .NET applications.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
