Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its growing workforce. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting the firm’s ambitious growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned business units, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria aligned with workforce planning.
• Create and publish job postings across online channels and social media platforms.
• Conduct resume screening, develop interview guides, and interview shortlisted candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through relationships with agencies, universities, and professional networks.
• Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities to attract university talent.
• Stay current on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and diversity initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
