Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical projects across the organization. The role bridges engineering, product management and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high‑impact software products. You will drive program execution in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute multi‑team technical programs from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies and align schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary liaison between engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile delivery frameworks and quality standards.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar senior role.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale software programs.
• Strong background in computer science, engineering or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
