Senior UI/UX Manager (AI‑focused)

About the role

Arabic.AI is seeking a senior UI/UX manager to define the strategic direction of user experience across its AI‑powered digital platforms. You will lead a team of designers, shape interaction layers for AI features, and ensure intuitive, trustworthy experiences for complex AI‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall UI/UX vision for web, mobile, and AI‑driven applications, including natural language processing tools, recommendation engines and intelligent automation.
• Build and evolve a company‑wide design system that guarantees consistency, accessibility and scalability across platforms.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
• Guide end‑to‑end design processes from discovery to high‑fidelity prototypes, collaborating closely with data scientists and AI engineers.
• Partner with engineering, product management and AI teams to embed user feedback into development cycles and translate AI research into digestible UI components.
• Monitor design impact metrics such as AI feature adoption, usability satisfaction and error reduction, and ensure compliance with accessibility and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex, scalable design systems.
• Experience designing for AI or data‑driven platforms (chatbots, dashboards, recommendation systems) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments and deliver results in fast‑paced, iterative cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch.
• Familiarity with user research and behavioral analytics platforms like Hotjar, Maze, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics.
