SEO Manager

About the role

Chain Reaction is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute search engine optimisation strategies for a portfolio of regional brands. The role combines strategic planning, technical audits, and team leadership to drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies and campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimisation.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and deliver recommendations to improve website performance and search visibility.
• Align SEO initiatives with client goals, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with Art Director, SEO Content Team, Account Managers, and other departments (web development, design, social media) to ensure integrated SEO efforts.
• Lead, assign tasks to, and mentor a team of SEO Specialists, fostering skill development and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• At least 2 years of experience managing an SEO team.
• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns across various industries.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
