About the role
We are looking for a motivated Server to join our Food & Beverage team at an Accor hotel in Amman. The role involves delivering exceptional service to guests, handling enquiries and complaints, and supporting the overall dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with queries, menu information and complaints following standard procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, wear correct uniform and name badge, and sign attendance records for each shift.
- Provide prompt, confident service across all areas of the Food & Beverage department.
- Train and coach new staff when fully competent, supporting team development.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation and outlet policies while handling food and beverages.
Required profile
- Previous service experience is an asset.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Opera or a related property management system.
