Service Assurance Engineer

About the role

Orange Jordan is looking for a Service Assurance Engineer to join its team and ensure the reliability of telecom services for its customers. The role involves incident resolution, maintenance activities, and change management to maintain high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead incident resolution, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to restore services for impacted customers.
• Conduct post‑incident reviews, evaluate customer impact, and document root‑cause analyses and preventive actions.
• Perform non‑real‑time incident analysis and support maintenance processes.
• Validate change requests, communicate impacts to stakeholders, and verify service performance after changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of experience in the telecom field.
• Strong knowledge of telecom systems, mobile, fixed, and IT services used by Orange Jordan customers.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English and comfortable using MS Office.
