Service Coordinator – Instrumentation Services

About the role

The Service Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for instrumentation service projects, ensuring seamless planning, scheduling, and execution across customers, the E+H Arabia office, and local partners. The role focuses on delivering services on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operations planning and scheduling for service orders, both in‑house and off‑site.
• Coordinate field service resources, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records for engineers’ safety passports, medicals, and training.
• Develop and manage schedules using SAP or similar tools, tracking progress and identifying variances.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver contractual KPI reports, customer invoices, and performance updates to senior management.
• Analyse change orders for schedule impact and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in service coordination, planning, or operations within industrial or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling tools such as SAP.
• Good understanding of field service operations and resource management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
