SharePoint Administrator/Developer – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator/Developer (MIS Administrator I) to manage and enhance our enterprise SharePoint environment for military and civilian users. The role involves designing, deploying, customizing and maintaining SharePoint solutions that support collaboration, document management and automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online at an enterprise scale.
• Manage SharePoint Enterprise Search, index configurations and scheduling.
• Plan, install and maintain service packs, hot‑fixes and patches in a multi‑server environment.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot using Event Viewer, ULS logs, Power BI and Microsoft Graph API.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive and the Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end‑user training.
• Build custom solutions with SPFx, React, TypeScript, PnP and CSOM, and apply modern design templates, JSON formatting and adaptive cards.
• Create and automate workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
• Ensure compliance with Zero Trust security models and military‑grade security policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 in an enterprise setting.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration and Power Platform capabilities.
• Ability to gather business requirements, design tailored solutions and document engineering processes.
• Willingness to meet host‑nation visa and driver’s‑license requirements.
