About the role
The Shop Manager leads daily store operations to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and improve profitability. Reporting to senior leadership, the manager ensures the shop reflects brand standards and operates efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing store team.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store upkeep.
- Analyze business KPIs and implement action plans to meet targets.
- Foster a collaborative, energetic, and customer‑focused environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and decision‑making abilities.
- Passion for sports and an active lifestyle.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to analyse KPIs.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
